
Buring was born and raised in Sweden. Buring was a student at American British Academy Muscat, Oman where she was joined by actor and producer Stegath Dorr, a friend from her childhood. When she was 16 years old, she moved to England. Buring was a graduate of the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (2004). Buring is also the associate director of MahWaff Theatre Company. Buring was also an actor in the 2006 Shakespeare's Twelfth Night production by Exeter's Northcott Theatre Company. Along with Sara Weymouth, David Gwillim, Buring appeared in a new play, Sullied by Michael Kingsbury at London's Finborough Theatre. In the MahWaff Theatre Company, she played in Guardians, Monologue For An Ensemble as well as An Inspector Calls. From March 2014 to March 2014, she was currently starring as Strangers on a Train in London at the Gielgud Theater.
