Despacito, a song by Puerto Rican singer Luis Fonsi with Daddy Yankee was released in 2017. It became the number one streamed music at that time within six month. It was a mixture of pop music and reggaeton did not just bring interest in reggaeton but also attracted attention to Latin music more generally. Billboard's Top 100 featured two songs which were Spanish predominantly, as well as four tracks in 2016. A new group, Rauw Alejandro wanted to maintain the evolution and development of reggaeton. He incorporated electronic dance styles and others into his music.
