Sheryl underwood is an American actress who is also a comedian, host and TV actress popular for her performance as The Talk's daytime co-host. Born in Arkansas she grew up at Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl has a family who has suffered from a range of difficulties. She was a troubled child. early years caring for her sister Frankie with an illness called polio. As a teenager, she experienced many issues with her mom. Sheryl claims that at some instance, she was stabbed by her mother her son's father for being too close to him. After her graduation from college, Sheryl became a military officer. Sheryl's love of comedy was more pronounced. She became the first woman to be a finalist in the competition Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. Her TV career in 1992, when she appeared as a frequent actor for the HBO comedy program Def Comedy Jam. In 2000, she hosted the show Oh Drama! She's been host of The Talk since 2011. Also, she's played real-life characters on programs like Bulworth, Nikki or Beauty Shop.
